We all have a problem, it's called sin. We were all born into this fallen world and because of sin, Ephesians 2 tells us that we are by nature children of God's wrath, which means many times we choose wrong over right. So if we die in our sin apart from Christ we will spend eternity in hell, a place of never-ending torment apart from God
We all have a problem, it's called sin. We were all born into this fallen world and because of sin, Ephesians 2 tells us that we are by nature children of God's wrath, which means many times we choose wrong over right. So if we die in our sin apart from Christ we will spend eternity in hell, a place of never-ending torment apart from God and all that is good. This is why Jesus came to Earth and lived a perfect, holy, righteous life. He gave His life on the cross for us, becoming our sin and enduring God's wrath in our place, because He loves us so much, paying the price that we never could! So now, by confessing with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved! So if we repent (turn away from our sins) and return back to Christ, putting our faith and trust in Jesus alone for our salvation we will be saved, becoming God's children for all of eternity!
